A TWO-vehicle crash has led to serious delays on the M56 this afternoon (Friday, October 28).
National Highways say traffic is being affected in the eastbound direction within Junction 15 at Stoak, near Ellesmere Port.
That is due to a serious collision between a car and a motorbike.

Emergency services and Traffic Officers are currently at the scene.
National Highways says there is three miles of congestion on approach causing 20 min delays above normal travel time.
Its current update states that lanes two and three have been re-opened but lane one remains closed at this time for recovery.
