MARRIED at First Sight relationship expert Mel Schilling is coming to Neston for a book talk and signing in November.

The 50-year-old from Australia has become one of UK's highest profile therapists, most notably in her role on Married At First Sight in which she fast became a firm favourite amongst the British audience.

'The C Word' presents a book that empowers women, teaches them how to tackle imposter syndrome and build confidence.

Human behaviour and performance specialist Mel Schilling walks her readers step-by-step through taking control of their relationships, career and life, demonstrating that confidence, resilience and self-esteem are skillsets to be learned and are essential to helping you thrive.

Building on the work she does to coach celebrities, world leaders and game changers, now anyone can learn the tools and skills to expand their comfort zone, to take calculated risks and to develop emotional bravery and fluid competence.

Mel said: "I believe in making a positive impact on people. I like to think that after I leave an interaction with someone, they feel a little more buoyant, optimistic and confident than when we met."

Complete with journaling opportunities, as well as case studies to demonstrate the four sections of the book, Mel teaches you how to move through the four stages to mastering confidence (fear, courage, confidence, competence) in order to successfully implement it into all corners of our everyday life.

The book talk and signing will take place at the Neston Club, Station Road on Thursday, November 17 at 7pm.

A copy of Mel's book along with a ticket is £14.99.
