EVERY month, local councils conduct hygiene inspections of businesses where food is handled or served.
This includes shops, pubs, restaurants, cafés, takeaways and catering businesses to name just a few.
Here we have put together a list of all establishments in Cheshire which have received a zero or one-star food hygiene rating in 2022.
Findings from the inspections are updated on the FSA website whenever there is a new inspection conducted by the council.
A one-star rating means 'major improvement is necessary' whereas a rating of zero means 'urgent improvement is required'.
