VUE have plenty on offer this summer, including new releases and live theatre and concert events at their Cheshire Oaks cinema.

The likes of Nope and Bullet Train will arrive at the at Vue on August 3 but it's not just new films available at the site on Stanney Lane. The cinema will also be hosting a variety of live theatre performances and concerts, including Westlife and André Rieu.

Deadpool 2 director David Leitch behind the camera in an action-packed thriller played out on a nonstop ride from Tokyo to Kyoto. Bullet Train stars Brad Pitt as an hitman battling four other assassins each with similar yet conflicting missions.

Oscar-winning director Jordan Peele, whose previous work includes horrors Get Out and US, reunite with Academy Award winner Daniel Kaluuya for Nope, which arrives August 12. Set in the lonely inlands of California, residents bear witness to a chilling discovery in this long-awaited thriller.

Westlife fans can catch the UK’s biggest-selling album group on the big screen as their first ever Wembley performance is broadcast live to Vue on Saturday 6 August. Playing their hits in front of a sold-out crowd, Westlife: Live from Wembley Stadium will deliver an unmissable night for fans.

And after two long years, the wait is finally over as André Rieu’s 2022 Maastricht Concert: Happy Days are Here Again hits Vue on 27 and 28 August. The show sees André Rieu return to his hometown of Maastricht with a summer evening filled with feel-good melodies and romantic waltzes.

Theatre lovers can also enjoy NT Live: Much Ado About Nothing as National Theatre Live sees Kathrine Parkinson (IT Crowd) and John Heffernan (Dracula) lead this Shakespeare romcom on 8 September, and Jodie Comer’s (Killing Eve) West End debut is also showing from 21 July in NT Live: Prima Facie.
