POLICE have launched an appeal after a 17-year-old boy died following a crash in Cheshire.
A 13-year-old boy was also taken to hospital with serious injuries.
At about 9.30pm on Monday, July 18, officers were called to reports of a collision on Holcroft Lane, Warrington.
The 17-year-old boy, from Irlam, died at the scene and his next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
Enquiries in relation to the collision are ongoing and officers are appealing to anyone who may have seen a moped and another motorbike around the time of the incident to come forward.
The same goes to anyone who may have dashcam footage from the area around the time of the incident to come forward.
