A walkway between Morrisons and the Maelor Hospital was cordoned off this morning as police and the ambulance service dealt with the incident.
A WOMAN'S body was found near Wrexham Maelor Hospital today, police have confirmed.
North Wales Police said officers were called shortly before 8am on Friday (July 15) to a report of the discovery of a woman’s body near a wooded area in Wrexham, between Morrisons and the Maelor Hospital.
Police have confirmed that a body was discovered, and that the deceased’s family has been informed.
Police said the circumstances of the woman’s death are not being treated as suspicious.
