Cheshire Oaks retail park to welcome rental fashion brand pop-up store

McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks has teamed up with By Rotation, the social fashion rental app to rent, lend and buy designer fashion, to launch the 10-day pop-up this month.

In a first for McArthurGlen, the partnership will be brought to life with a standalone fashion rental pop-up space, where guests will be invited to explore the By Rotation app and rent items directly from the space.

The centre will host the most sought-after wardrobes of the By Rotation community, with styles for every occasion. From a low-key birthday dinner to a far-flung destination wedding, the pop-up can offer customers hidden gems before they shop for their accessories from the wider centre brands.

By Rotation is a free app for fashion lovers to rent and lend their own wardrobes. With its peer-to-peer rental model, it prioritises its community and positions itself as a social app. Not only does it allow its users to rent out quality pieces at a fraction of the retail price, it also economically empowers them by allowing them to monetise their wardrobes.

Rental fashion By Rotation will be coming to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks this month with a pop-up store.

Boasting a vibrant and diverse community of over 300,000 users - from students, professors, bankers, and lawyers to style icons, fashion A-listers, celebrities and royals, the By Rotation pop-up will invite guests to rent from a selection of over 150 sought-after fashion items, specially selected from the app’s top ‘Rotators’.

Rentable brands will include The Vampire’s Wife, Ganni Jacquemus, Zimmermann, Rat&Boa and Rixo.

Thanks to the partnership, guests will be able to browse, try and rent items from these in-demand brands for a fraction of the retail price.

They will also be able to find shoes, bag or accessories to complement the look from McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks retailers such as Coach, Mulberry, Furla, Kate Spade, Pinko, Kurt Geiger and Burberry.

Rental fashion By Rotation will be coming to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks this month with a pop-up store.

Renting items from this innovative pop-up space will operate completely cash and card free. By downloading the free app, users can create a profile free of charge with no waiting list. Once approved, users can start listing, renting and buying.

The By Rotation pop-up space will open to the public at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet on Friday, July 22, and will welcome guests to browse and try on items available to rent in-app until July 31.
