POLICE are appealing for information following a serious collision in a Cheshire village in which a man sustained life changing injuries.
At about 1.25pm, officers were called to reports of a collision on the A534 Congleton Road, near Arclid.
Officers attended and found that three vehicles were involved in the collision, a white Toyota DYNA, a green Mini Cooper, and a green Scania HGV.
The driver of the Mini Cooper, a 30-year-old man, has sustained life changing injuries and was subsequently taken to hospital in an ambulance.
He is currently being treated for his injuries at the Royal Stoke hospital.
The driver of the Toyota, a 39-year-old woman, and the driver of the HGV, a 60-year-old man, both sustained minor injuries.
Enquiries in relation to this incident are ongoing and pending further investigation.
