EMERGENCY services were called after a suspected arson attack on an outbuilding near the former Lloyds office site in Chester city centre.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service was called to put out the fire at a hut near the Charter Hall House and Tower House building on Charterhall Drive.
One fire engine from Chester was deployed to the scene at 7.34pm on Tuesday, July 5.
A hose reel jet was used to extinguish the flames and the area damped down, with temperature readings taken with a thermal imaging camera.
Police also attended the scene.
