THREE fire crews were called out to a suspected arson attack at a disused building in Ellesmere Port.
Firefighters from the town, Chester and Powey Lane attended the scene in Mill Lane at about 7.40pm yesterday (Tuesday, July 5).
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "A disused single storey building was on fire.
"Firefighters in breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to douse the flames and a thermal imaging camera to ensure there was no risk of reignition.
"It is believed the fire was started deliberately."
