POLICE have charged a man in connection with a sexual assault in Cheshire.
Christos Phitides, of the Sparkhill area in Birmingham, was arrested on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 ,and subsequently charged with sexual assault.
The 32-year-old, who is also known as Kris Karma, appeared at Walsall Magistrates Court on Thursday, June 16, in relation to the assault in Knutsford.
The case is listed for trial at Chester Crown Court on Monday, December 5, 2022.
The charge relates to a woman allegedly sexually assaulted at a tattoo parlour on Monday, August 3,2020.
