POLICE are appealing for help in locating a Cheshire West man wanted in connection with an incident of harassment.
Thomas Howman, of Morris Drive, Weaverham, also has links to Winsford.
The 26-year-old is described as white, 5’5” tall with a medium build and short blonde hair.
Anyone who sees him, or has information regarding his whereabouts, is asked to report it online at cheshire.police.uk/tell-us or via 101 quoting 22000364113.
Alternatively, information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
