A DRIVER has had their licence revoked just a month after passing.
This comes after they were stopped by police on the M56 in Runcorn for using their mobile phone.
They received six points – but as they only passed their test last month, this means they have lost their licence.
The driver is now required to re-apply for their provisional licence and re-take their test.
North West Motorway Police shared the news on their Twitter account this morning, Saturday.
One person responded: “Great work, should apply to everyone, that would make them think before using it.”
