FIREFIGHTERS were called to an incident out in the open in Ellesmere Port.
One fire crew attended the scene at about 7.50pm yesterday (Monday, June 13).
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "A small patch of grass on fire was extinguished by firefighters.
"This fire is believed to have been set deliberately."
