VISITORS to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks will have more chances to visit the local business Be+Positive (BEPO) pop-up.

The activation, which saw the return of the BEPO pop-up for Mental Health Awareness Week in May, has now been revealed to be present at the centre every weekend throughout June.

Visitors wishing to find out more about the sustainable, low carbon footprint clothing brand with a mission to destigmatise mental health can do so by heading over to the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet each weekend this month. Opening times are 9am-9pm on Saturdays, 10am-6pm on Sundays. on the following dates:

The centre announced the additional dates following overwhelmingly positive feedback from guests at the centre.

One visitor stated: “A great message! Love the ‘humans are humans’ shirts, relates so well to our world with our autistic boys. Fab people running it too!”

Another guest said: “What an awesome and mindful brand. Beautiful clothes designed to make you happy and I love the parachute dress. Keep up the good work guys and we want to see you popping up in Chester soon.”

General Manager at McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks Kenny Murray said: “Making sure our centre is a safe space that encourages our guests to look after their mental wellbeing is a top priority for us, which is why we are so pleased to see the wonderful feedback to the BEPO pop-up.

"By extending the dates of the pop-up, we are hoping more guests are going to feel empowered to open up about their wellbeing, and seek those resources that could help with their situation.”

Ben Taylor, founder of BEPO and NHS maintenance support worker, said: “Last year’s pop-up was an incredible opportunity for us to meet guests to the centre face to face and show them what our brand is all about.

"From increasing our online engagement to being featured in a photoshoot for the Daily Mirror with a Team GB Paralympian, this pop-up has given us the opportunity to grow our business and we are so happy to be able to come to the centre once again and welcome guests into our new pop-up location.”

People can also donate to Flynn’s Port in the Storm Crisis Café, which provides counselling, therapeutic and holistic services from its Ellesmere Port base. Donations can be made while visiting the pop-up, or by visiting https://cheshirecommunityfoundation.org.uk/donate-now/, selecting 'Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Community Fund', as the retail park's chosen cause for the year is Flynn's Port in the Storm.
