WORK has started on on a number of luxury, sustainable homes in Chester.
Developer Blueoak Estates has kickstarted their new St Michaels Park scheme, a 21-home site, offering eight different styles of houses.
They will range from three to four bedrooms.
The company is also planning to start construction of Tollemarche Green, Alpraham, a high-end housing scheme close to Tarporley.
Blueoak Estates, developer of luxury, sustainable homes across the North West, has kickstarted work on two new residential development sites across the North West with a combined value of £20million, creating 41 new homes.
It includes 20 country style homes with a new village hall, orchard, meadow land and play areas on site.
Iain MacLean, managing director of Blueoak Estates, said: “It’s great to see the combined hard work and commitment of the entire team who've successfully brought these schemes to life, as we now see work begin.
"These are brilliant schemes that will create luxury homes for a very specific demographic in key areas throughout the North West.”
