TWO men from the North West have been charged with class A drug offences.
Ben Cooke, of Delvine Drive in Chester, and Shaun Hanratty, of Stephens Place in Liverpool, have both been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine.
The 40-year-old and 38-year-old, retrospectively, have been remanded in custody and are to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday, May 13.
The charges relate to an investigation into the alleged large-scale supply of cocaine in Chester.
