A TEENAGE boy was taken to Alder Hey Children's Hospital after being in collision with a bus in Cheshire.
Two fire crews and the major rescue unit were called out to the scene ofthe crash shortly before 4.45pm today (Wednesday, May 4).
The crash took place in Victoria Road, Widnes.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Firefighters spent more than an hour working to rescue the teenager who had been in collision with the bus close to Kingsway Children's Centre.
"The male casualty was taken to Alder Hey Children's Hospital by paramedics."
