A CHESTER city centre restaurant has been featured in the official Michelin Guide for the third year in a row.
Da Noi on Bridge Street, the city's only Michelin Guide Italian restaurant, is led by husband-and-wife team, Fabrizio Gobbato and chef Valentina Aviotti.
Together, they have had a hugely successful year not only with the successes of Da Noi, but with the expansion of Augusto Pizzeria, announced last year and due to open soon.
This marked the first steps towards the creation of a complete Italian family of brands that embrace all aspects of Italian food and drink traditions called Nutmeg, which currently includes Da Noi and Augusto.
Owner Fabrizio Gobbato said: “This is the recognition of all the hard work put in by Valentina and the team over these three years. The most challenging part is to keep the momentum up, constantly raising the bar, even in the most demanding of times.
"It’s incredible to think back to three years ago when we first opened, knowing almost nothing about what we were doing, purely driven by our passion and our vision, to where we are now, seen as a credible and respected local business.
"We now look forward to our official relocation in the summer, which aims to bring more quality to what we offer, staying authentic, focussed and consistent in what we do.”
