BOSSES at a Cheshire based company have revealed why they have taken the decision to adopt a four-day week
Fox Group International, a leading aesthetics provider, has now made the permanent move following a successful trial period.
The Warrington based company decided to implement this to improve their employee’s work-life balance, while also having a positive impact on their mental health.
Since their launch in 2016, Fox Group has seen great success, with 2021 being a record-breaking year for the company boasting a monthly turnover of £2.6 million.
Currently supplying more than 30,000 customers worldwide, Fox Group have established itself as one of the UK’s largest suppliers of aesthetic products.
Michael Foxley, CEO of the firm, said: “Creating a good culture for our employees has always been a key priority for us at Fox Group.
"This feels like the natural progression for the business, and we hope it will have a big impact on the mental health and wellbeing of our employees.
“We have found a way to continue to serve our customers five days a week whilst also providing an invaluable extra day of rest for our employee’s without cutting holiday days or pay, so it seemed like a no brainer!”
