FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a fire involving hay in Chester.
One fire crew attended the blaze in Sealand Road at 3.50pm today (Tuesday, November 23).
Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire involving two bales of hay in a field.
The crew then used rakes to spread the hay and used a hose reel jet to dampen down and prevent the fire from reigniting.
Firefighters were detained at the scene for about 20 minutes.
