TWO fire crews were called out to a fire at a property in a village near Chester.
Firefighters attended the incident shortly before 6pm yesterday (Saturday, October 23) in Springfield Avenue, Malpas.
The fire involving five metres by two metres of conifer hedge was out on arrival.
Firefighters used a thermal imaging camera to look for hotspots.
Once they were satisfied that the fire was fully out and the hedge was safe, firefighters left the scene.
They were in attendance for less than 10 minutes.
