TWO teenage boys were arrested last night (October 20) on suspicion of arson following a blaze at a building in Ellesmere Port.
The pair, both aged 15, have since been released on conditional bail until next month.
Four fire engines, including an aerial appliance, were called to the fire at the New Creation Centre on Station Road shortly before 4.45pm yesterday.
The inside of the building appears to have suffered extensive damage as a result of the blaze.
Firefighters were at the scene, which was cordoned off by police, for nearly five hours.
A Cheshire Police spokesman confirmed this morning: "Two local 15-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of arson last night.
"They have both been released on conditional bail until 16 November."
The New Creation Centre adjoins the former Station Hotel pub which was also the subject of a fire back in August.
