FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a fire at a property in Chester.
Two fire crews attended the scene of the blaze shortly after 6.30pm yesterday (Thursday, October 14) in Brookside
Firefighters discovered there had been a fire involving a tumble dryer in an outbuilding which was out on arrival.
The crews used a hose reel jet to cool the machine and a thermal imaging camera to check for any hotspots.
Firefighters also removed the damaged machine from the outbuilding and used a large fan to clear the smoke from the property.
The crews were detained at the scene for about 40 minutes.
