A BUILDING and land adjoining Chester railway station with planning permission in place for the creation of four apartments is to go under the hammer.
The development opportunity at the rear of BSP House on Station Road has been given a guide price of £100,000 plus.
It will be up for grabs during an online auction held by Pugh Auctions on Wednesday, September 22.
Describing Lot 75 the auction house states: "A development opportunity comprising land and buildings with approved planning permission to construct four self contained apartments.
"The finished apartments would be a mix of studio and one bedroom units ranging between 22.5sqm and 35sqm and provide an excellent opportunity for a builder or developer looking for their next project.
