A DERELICT Grade II listed farmhouse with three outbuildings in Chester is set to go under the hammer later this month.
The 18th century property, known as Meadow House, and associated buildings near Huntington have been given a guide price of £750,000 plus.
The one-and-a-half acre site, which comprises a large six-bedroom, three-storey farmhouse with three separate blocks of barns, has been vacant for several years.
It is owned by United Utilities and accessed via a private lane which also serves the company's water treatment works.
The farmhouse and outbuildings will go under the hammer as lot 27 during an online auction held by Pugh Auctions on August 18.
It states: "Extensive Grade II listed former farm buildings set in a site of approximately 1.5 acres comprising a large six bedroom three storey farmhouse with planning consent for internal refurbishment together with three separate blocks of barns, which have planning consent for conversion to residential use."
