A MAN was arrested on suspicion of drug driving following a crash in Cheshire which left a motorcyclist seriously hurt.
Police are now appealing for information following the serious collision..
At about 8.40pm on Friday, July 16, officers were called to Chapel Street, in Mow Cop, following reports of a collision involving a white KSR Moto Motorbike and a blue Nissan Pulsar.
The motorcyclist, a 29-year-old man, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
He remains in a stable condition in hospital.
A 28-year-old man from Newport was arrested on suspicion of drug driving and driving without due care and attention.
He has since been released under investigation.
