FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a fire in a village on the outskirts of Chester.
One crew attended the blaze involving about four metres of hedging in Pasture Close, Kelsall, at about 4.30pm yesterday (Friday, May 28).
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "The fire was out on arrival.
"The crew used a hose reel jet to damp down the affected hedging and ensure that it did not re-ignite."
