FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a vehicle blaze in Malpas last night (May 13).
One engine from the village attended the incident on Bickley Lane at 9.12pm.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Firefighters were called following reports of a small vehicle fire on Bickley Lane.
"On arrival the crew found that the fire was out on arrival.
"One hose reel jet was used to cool and damp down the area.
"Firefighters also isolated the battery and made the scene safe."
