THREE men have appeared in court following an alleged burglary at an address in Poole.
James Flynn, 43, of West Quay Road, Samuel Oliver Smith, 34, of Bournemouth Road and 43-year-old James Wall of Langdon Road, all Poole, are accused of raiding a home in Alder Road on March 17.
They appeared before Poole magistrates charged with burglary on Friday April 23 and are next due to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on Thursday May 27.
It was reported that electronic items, a mobile phone, bank cards and items of jewellery were stolen.
Wall is also accused of a burglary at Church Road in Ferndown on March 4 in which jewellery was taken.
