A TINY foal which ran out in front of a police car has prompted a warning to drivers in the New Forest.
Police patrolling the area took a picture as the foal ran into the road in East Boldre.
Officers have been carrying out additional speed checks due to the number of new foals and stallions being released into the forest.

Forty drivers were recorded exceeding the 30mph limit at Beaulieu Hill in just one hour.
a spokesman for New Forest Heart Cops said: "Here’s another reason why we all need to slow down on the Forest roads, especially at this time of year.
"This foal ran out in front of us as we were driving through East Boldre. Luckily we were going very slowly."
