TWO fire crews were called out to a late night fire at a property.
Firefighters attended the scene of the fire in an outbuilding in Puddington Lane, Puddington, shortly after 10.15pm last night (Sunday, May 9).
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "On arrival the crews found that the fire was out on arrival although smoke was still issuing.
"Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet to damp down the area.
"A thermal imaging camera was used to check the area for hot spots.
"Firefighters then cut away at the affected areas.
"The gas and electricity supply to the outbuilding were isolated. A large fan was then used to ventilate the area.
"The crews were in attendance for around two hours."
