A MAN has been arrested in connection with an assault which injured a police officer.
Oliver Forshaw was arrested in Housesteads Drive, Chester, at around 10pm on Friday, April 30.
The 25-year-old man, of Laurel Bank Close, Upton, Chester, has subsequently been charged with assaulting an emergency service worker.
It is in connection with an incident which left a police officer with minor injuries.
He has been released on unconditional bail and is to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, May 25.
