POLICE have warned that a road in Cheshire is currently closed due to flooding.
Officer have taken to social media to inform motorists that David Whitby way in Crewe is shut in the direction from Crewe towards the A500. The opposite lane is still open.
It is unknown how long this closure will remain in place.
It comes after heavy rainfall yesterday and this morning (Tuesday, May 4).
