A SEALAND man has been handed a community order after he admitted driving dangerously and whilst uninsured.

Adam David Clark, of South Green, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Thursday.

The 24-year-old admitted that on September 11 last year at Chester Road West in Shotton, he drove a mechanically propelled vehicle dangerously.

He was made the subject of a community order requiring him to participate in an accredited programme for 35 days, as well as carrying out 200 hours of unpaid work by October 28, 2022.

The court disqualified Clark from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years.

Clark also admitted that on that same day he used a motor vehicle on a road without third party insurance, for which he was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95, as well as £85 costs.

The court imposed no separate penalty after he admitted a further offence of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
