A FAMILY-owned haulage and warehousing specialist in Chester has taken delivery of new vehicles.
Farrall’s Group of Chester, have bought in their first New Generation MAN TGX tractors and two new MAN TGE 3.5 tonne vans.
The new TGX tractors, both 26.470 6x2’s with mid-lift axles and GM cabs, are eye-catchers in their striking Farrall’s Group Livery, black bumpers, step panels and light surrounds, phasing into red and white as you move up the cab. The two TGE 3.140 chassis cabs, both bodied with curtainsider bodies, are equally striking in the distinctive Farrall’s Group livery.
Farrall’s Group has been buying MAN trucks for three years and is a big fan of the German brand. The first MAN, a TGX 26.500 XXL, joined the fleet in 2018 and founder Eddie Farrall, who started the business with his wife Joan in 1956, considers the New Generation TGX to be by far the best looking truck on the road.
Operating out of both the company’s main depot in Chester and their 80,000 sq. ft. Deeside warehousing facility, both the new TGX’s and TGE’s have proved an instant hit with the drivers.
