COULD you run a café at a Chester city centre park this summer?
Cheshire West and Chester Council is on the lookout for someone to provide a catering service at the Grade II-listed building at Grosvenor Park.
The business would be temporary, running from June 1 (or a date to be agreed), until December 31 this year.
CWaC said: "An exciting business opportunity has arisen to operate a café within Grosvenor Park, Chester.
"The council is seeking an experienced catering provider, to operate from the Lodge Café, providing light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages.
"We are looking for an operator who is keen to maximise the use of the café and commercial opportunities that the location offers and to support the council in promoting and encouraging use of the park."
Those interested are urged to contact Maria Sellars by email on maria.sellars@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk and request a tender application form before Monday, May 3.
