AN 84-year-old man has died in hospital after his car collided with a wall in Cheshire.
Police officers are now appealing for information following the crash at about 3.30pm on Thursday, April 1.
Police attended following reports of the collision involving a white Peugeot car and a wall on Davey Lane, Alderley Edge.
The driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Sadly, the elderly man died a short time later.
His next of kin have been informed.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or may have any dashcam footage of the vehicles before the incident to come forward.
