Firefighters were called out to a hedgerow fire.
FIREFIGHTERS were called out to about 30ft of hedgerow well alight near Chester.
One fire crew from Malpas attended the blaze at about 3.35pm today (Tuesday, April 6) in Church Lane.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "On arrival the crew found around 30ft of hedgerow well alight.
"Two hose reel jets were used to extinguish the flames.
"The crew used a thermal imaging camera to check the area for hot spots and damped down the hedgerow."
