A MAN was taken to hospital with "serious injuries" following an incident at a house in Chester on Saturday, April 3.
Police were alerted to the scene of the "domestic incident" at Treborth Road, by the junction with Western Avenue, Blacon, at 5.21am.
A Cheshire police spokesperson said: "Officers attended the scene and found that a 20-year-old local man had sustained serious injuries.
"The man was taken to Aintree Hospital where his condition is described as stable.
"Four people, two men aged 22 and two women aged 21 and 23, were arrested in relation to the incident.
"Both men have since been released on conditional bail and the two women have been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
"Enquiries in relation to the incident remain ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101, quoting IML 954446."
