FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a crash involving a bin lorry and a car on the outskirts of Chester.
One crew attended to the scene of the collision shortly after 7.15am on Chester Road, Delamere, today (Tuesday (April 6).
A spokesman for the Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "On arrival the crew discovered that the incident involved a bin lorry and a saloon car.
"No-one was trapped inside either vehicle. The road was closed and firefighters made the vehicles safe.
"They were in attendance for around 15 minutes. Police and paramedics also attended."
