CARDEN Park Hotel has unveiled its new fine dining restaurant following a £250,000 refurbishment.

The 1,000-acre luxury Cheshire resort has carried out the work during lockdown in readiness to welcome diners to 'The Vines' when the hotel reopens in May.

Served in a "stylish, relaxed atmosphere", executive chef Graham Tinsley MBE along with head chef Harri Williams have formulated a classic a la carte menu featuring the finest fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

Designed specifically to provide the very best gourmet dining experience, and an extensive list of fine wines, the fully refurbished restaurant space will open for dinner service on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and luncheon service on Sunday.

The Vines will be open to both guests staying at the hotel and local residents, and has been created as a choice location for private dinners and celebrations alike.

Executive chef Graham Tinsley MBE said: "We’re proud to be announcing the opening of The Vines. Although it has been a difficult year for our industry, we have listened to what our guests would like when it comes to their dining experience and have created a new elegant space to elevate our offering.

"The menu has been designed based on our experience and working with local suppliers, we hope that our guests will enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed creating it."

Director and general manager Hamish Ferguson added; "We are incredibly privileged to be in a position to provide world-class new facilities at the time we reopen in May.

"With a luxurious space and elegant menu sourced through local suppliers, The Vines will showcase the best aspects of our Cheshire estate and will be a must for all lovers of fine dining in the region."
