FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a main roundabout in Chester after a signpost was reported to be smoking.
One crew responded to the incident at about 11.15am today (Monday, February 22) at the Overleigh Roundabout.
Firefighters investigated and used a thermal imaging camera to check the temperature of the signpost.
They then made it safe and taped it off before handing the incident over to the Cheshire West and Chester Council.
