A SHOW home has opened its doors on a new development at the site of a former Ellesmere Port garden centre.

Affordable homes provider Onward Living has finally been able to launch its three-bedroom, three-storey Cedar show home at the Sycamore Gardens development off the A41 in Great Sutton.

Current Covid-19 Government guidelines mean prospective homebuyers can still look for a new home during lockdown and are allowed to visit show homes by appointment only while following social distancing measures.

The development, which is on the site of the former Sycamore Park Garden Centre, is due to be completed in spring 2021.

Sandy Kelly, head of sales at Onward Living, said: “Demand for these new homes has been high since we first released them for off-plan reservations, so we are thrilled to finally open the show home here at Sycamore Gardens.

“The home has been expertly decorated and furnished, and will give visitors plenty of inspiration for how the space can be used, as well as a chance to see the fantastic finish for themselves.

“With added social distancing measures in place, we’re really looking forward to safely welcoming potential purchasers and giving them the opportunity to take a closer look.”

All the homes for sale at Sycamore Gardens are available for shared ownership, which allows you to buy a percentage – between 25% and 75% – of your new home, and pay rent on the rest.
