A FAST food chain and a Japanese restaurant are among the latest businesses to apply for a premises licence.

Harry Ramsden's at Cheshire Oaks and Hamayuu on Watergate Street, Chester, have submitted applications to Cheshire West and Chester Council to supply alcohol on and off the premises.

The application put forward by Deep Blue Restaurants Ltd, the parent company of Harry Ramsden's, also includes having the opening hours as 9am until 10pm, Monday to Sunday.

Consultation over the proposals runs until January 15.

Hamayuu Ltd is applying for a premises licence to supply alcohol on and off the premises during the proposed opening hours of 10am until 11.30pm, Monday to Sunday.

The consultation period over this application ends on January 18.

The Cheshire Wine and Cheese Co in Tarporley has also submitted an application for a licence to supply alcohol off the premises between 10am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday, and from 10am until 4pm on Sunday. Consultation ends on January 19.

Elsewhere, Great Sutton Pizza and Kebab on Whetstone Hey has applied for a licence to supply alcohol off the premises from Monday to Sunday between the hours of 3-11pm.

The consultation period ends on December 31.
