A FUNERAL provider covering the Chester and Deeside areas is currently recruiting temporary staff.

Co-op Funeralcare is looking for part-time funeral service crew to help support bereaved families at a time when they need it most.

Applicants don't need previous experience as all staff joining the leading funeral provider receive the highest level of training in standards of care.

A genuine desire to help others and give something back to the community at the end of a difficult year is a necessity for the role, says Co-op Funeralcare.

With a range of roles available, it is offering people whose careers have been affected by coronavirus the opportunity to join an important and rewarding sector.

The jobs on offer are part time and temporary fixed-term contracts.

Audrey Furness, head of people partnering at Co-op Funeralcare, said: "We’re recruiting for temporary roles across Co-op Funeralcare to make sure our colleagues and clients remain fully supported over the winter months.

"Whether your job has been affected by Covid, or you’re just looking for a change, we have a range of roles available across the region.

“We offer people from all backgrounds the opportunity to develop a rich and meaningful career in funerals. Our colleagues receive the highest level of training that is unrivalled in our industry and nationally recognised.
