POLICE have charged a man in Ellesmere Port on suspicion of possessing heroin with intent to supply.
Peter Carruthers, of Wolverham Road, has been charged with possession with intent to supply the class A drug, as well as possessing criminal property.
The 55-year-old appeared at Crewe Magistrates Court on Saturday, November 7 and was remanded in custody.
He is due to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday, December 7.
The charges relate to a warrant executed on Wolverham Road at 11.30am on Friday, November 6.
