A COLLISION between two cars at a Chester village resulted in two people being taken to hospital on Saturday night (October 17).
The incident in Rode Street, Tarporley was reported to Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service at 8.29pm.
One fire engine attended from Chester, Northwich, Tarporley and Winsford, while the major rescue unit also attended from Winsford.
Crews used lighting equipment to help extricate two casualties from the vehicles.
They were then handed over to paramedics to be taken to hospital.
