ROB MCELHENNEY is desperate for his Wrexham AFC fix - and it looks like he's got it.

McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds are the two Hollywood stars interested in taking control of the club.

The duo have been watching with interest from afar since Wrexham kicked off their National League campaign with the opening three games streamed live.

However, tonight's clash against Maidenhead United at The Racecourse is being screened live by BT Sport so the club was not able to provide a streaming service.

And McElhenney, eager to see the Reds in action once again, obviously did not have access to the television channel in America.

He tweeted: "No live stream for @Wrexham_AFC in the States. Help! How do I watch? Anyone?"

However, it seems McElhenney had some joy with an audio link to listen to the game as he later tweeted: "I’m gonna guess it’s not a great look for potential Chairmen to be breaking international piracy laws, so I’ll pass on this suggestion. But @VancityReynolds I found an audio link! https://mixlr.com/wrexham_afc."
