A woman who had gone missing from her home near Chester has been found safe and well.
73-year-old Christine Whitehead left her home in Mollington, near Chester, on foot earlier on Monday, October 12, and police became increasingly concerned for her welfare.
Police Constable Rosie Lewis, of Chester Local Policing Unit, said officers were determined to locate her before the weather deteriorated for the night.
But police have since reported that Christine Whitehead has since been found safe and well.
